We want you to keep a piece because you love it, not because you are stuck with it.
Exchanges and returns
- Seven days from delivery to request an exchange or return
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached
- Sale items and made-to-order pieces are exchange only
- Beauty, innerwear and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
How it works
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photograph. We arrange a pickup from your address at no cost for defective items; for a change of mind the return courier charge is Rs 250.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 working days of the parcel reaching our studio. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
